Before confirming a booking

• The primary individual making the booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age or older. A copy of your driver's license will be required before confirming a booking.

• All guests included in the booking are required to be named with their current ages. Although it is rare, Break may ask to see the identification cards of each guest.

​

• Primary booking individual must sign our contract before a reservation is considered accepted.

​

• Break reserves the right to refuse a reservation if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you or any of your guests intend to host a party, engage in excessive alcohol consumption or drug use, or participate in illegal activities on the premises.

​

• Choosing Break over other booking platforms offers the advantage of personalized payment schedules. Break collaborates with you to devise a payment plan for your trip; however, all fees must be settled 30 days prior to your arrival.

During Your Stay

• Upon check-in, we kindly ask that you send us a brief text or email to confirm your safe and problem-free arrival at the property.

• Break will send text messages or emails throughout your stay to guarantee your satisfaction. We kindly request that you use this quick check-in to communicate any issues, questions, or concerns you may have. Break is committed to ensuring your happiness and that you have everything you desire for your trip. Please note, we can only address issues if they are communicated to us.

• Break reserves the right to access the property at any time during your stay if there are reasonable grounds in doing so. In extreme cases, we may access the property without prior notification of our impending arrival

• If any guest is found to be in breach of our contract during your stay, all guests will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued.
